Custom-Made Products
All SHIRTMAGNET products are made to order based on the personal specifications you provide — including player name, number, shirt design, and other customisations. Because each item is produced specifically for you, it cannot be resold to another customer.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c), and Swedish distance selling law (Distansavtalslagen), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or manufactured to the consumer's individual specifications.
We therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, you are fully protected under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen). You have a two-year guarantee from the date of delivery.
In such cases we will, at your choice:
- Replace the product free of charge, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method
Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
How to Report a Problem
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 14 days of receiving it.
Email us at smedja.kontrast@gmail.com with:
- Your order number (e.g. SM-0001)
- A description of the problem
- Photos of the item and packaging
We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or Klarna) within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Wrong Item or Missing Order
If you received the wrong item or your order did not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
