2. Products

SHIRTMAGNET sells custom 3D-printed magnets made to the customer's personal specifications — including player name, number, and shirt design. Each product is manufactured on demand after an order is placed.

Product images on the website are representative. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

3. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish kronor) or EUR depending on your selected region. Prices include applicable VAT where required by law.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards as well as Klarna. We do not store any card details.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to Sweden and the rest of Europe. Delivery times are typically 3–7 working days after production is complete. Production normally begins within 1–2 working days of order confirmation.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and order total. We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over a certain threshold — see the website for current thresholds.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Custom-Made Products — No Right of Withdrawal

Our products are made to order based on personal specifications (name, number, design) provided by the customer. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Article 16(c), and Swedish distance selling law (Distansavtalslagen), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are clearly personalised or made to the consumer's specifications.

By placing an order for a customised product, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to cancel or return the item unless it is defective.

7. Defects and Complaints

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you have the right to have it repaired, replaced, or refunded under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen). You must notify us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect — we recommend contacting us within 14 days.

To report a defect, email us at smedja.kontrast@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.

The statutory guarantee period is two (2) years from the date of delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Layraton Handelsbolag is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is the property of Layraton Handelsbolag or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it without written permission.

By submitting a custom design or image, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You grant us a limited licence to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se, or to a Swedish court.

EU consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on the website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
